Erm

I am not sure, maybe some of the other members can answer the big question, "W"?

The answer might be "J" but don't quote me on that.

Scunner
Where on earth did you get that answer from ?
You`re supposed to help members, not give them false information, everyone knows that the answer is :  "E"

Dave

I am a fool. There is not a "J" in the Turkish language, so the answer is obviously "C", the way a "J" sound is written.

"E" as the answer is just ridiculous, you get worse as time goes on.

Scunner you are a fool, there is a 'J' in the Turkish alphabet.  There's no Q, X or W, he must've put the 'W' there to confuse you all.

I had problems with the lira when I was in Turkey and got ripped off on several occasions. Probably because when I was there I put my trust in a someone who changed my money for me as I had lack of confidence to make the effort myself and because of my ignorance and refusal to get to grips with the money mentally.   Also many things in the stores are not priced and I hate haggling - any suggestions?

Talking about fried Mars bars, has anyone ever tried deep fried steak puddings? They are delicious but very high in Calories LOL:D

judging by a conversation i overheard in 3Ms last night I think this new language is catching on:

Scunner: L O Mehmet, F U N E X?
Mehmet:  S, V F X
Scunner: GR8, F U N E M ?
Mehmet: No, this is a Muslim country you know!
Scunner: OK, just a boiled egg & some olives please.
