Nothing overly exciting at the moment:-
Apples, oranges, strawberries, bananas, cabbage, sprouts, aubergines, peppers, mushrooms, potatoes, herbs.
I'm sure other members will fill in the gaps...

asparagus and morels....mmmmmm

also artichokes, red cabbage, green beans

today at the Friday village market
tomatos were 75kurus per kilo
fresh village eggs 2.5TL for 10
spinich 75 kurus per kilo

Had some nice grapefruit this week.

AND the fresh garlic is just coming in - tip - buy lots ,prepare and store in jars of olive oil, deeeeeeeeeeelicious.

Are the pomegranates past? I love the juice.
Good tip about the garlic, I love garlic.

what about water melons?? No water melons!

Pomegranates about...but best in the autumn when in abundance.
No melons on display in the market as yet.... ;)
They are available in the height of summer.
Morels are a type of mushroom.

I tell a lie - I spotted 5 water melons today in Calis market...no price so guess they were expensive[?]
