Title: Rental Prices

Hi All,

I am renting my 1 bed apartment IN Ovacik with all the extra's air con sat tv etc etc... to a friend for two weeks in june does anyone know how much to charge for this time of year,its 20th june 2 weeks. We have never rented it out before so have no idea as far as costs are concerned.

For our 3 bed duplex apartment in Ovacik, we charge as follows:-

May/June/September/Oct: £300 per week

This includes everything including electric etc and the apartment is fully fitted out including digi TV etc.
