Title: Tesco card for calls abroad.

I notice Tesco are advertising a card which gives calls from 1p- 4p depending on which country and line you use. Does anyone have experience of this please? And the cost comparison between that and standard Turkcell phone. I need to make about 10 calls a week back to the UK. I have a Turkish registered Turkish mobile but seemed to spend a forture last year on topups! I am also totally non techie so help! :-\
