Title: How much sim card?

We have a Turkish mobile phone no sim so will need to buy a new sim card, the last one we purchased was 2003 and it is now defunct, what is the best to buy in Turkey now, and how much.  

Has the use time changed? used to be use once in 6months, last time we were out I made do with the UK phone however I now need the phone more this time, and if the neighbours do not have internet which I can attach to or pay for then it may have to be a dongle, is there a sim purchase with a dongle deal.

Loz just bought a new Turkcell sim card it was 25tl with 10tl credit, sorry can't help out with dongle as I know nothing about them.
