Title: NEW CAR ARABA OR KAMYONET?

Are the following models still classed as a Kamyonet (small Lorry) Citroen Nemo, Fiat Fiorino, & Peugeot Bipper. My Friend went to the Citroen Garage salesman said that the law has changed within the last few weeks and the new Citroen Bipper is now classified as an Araba (car)ie same legal speed. all i can find out on internet is that in Sep 2010 max speed limit on dual c/way with METAL central Barriers has gone from 90kph to 110kph. Anyone know of any new laws regarding speed limits or these Kamyonet type vehicles ??
