We intend to hire bikes on our next visit as a pedal around the Fethiye/Calis area appeals.
Our place is in Ovacik, but we thought that hiring in Fethiye, or Calis, by the day would be better ...... won't have to pedal back up the hill!
Where are the best places, and very roughly what is the cost please.

Hi we hired bikes last week - several places along Calis prom rent bikes - all set at £10.00 per bike per day

Wow - thats gone up a lot.
2 Years ago, it was 9-15TL per day depending on how many days you took them for. We got our from the place at the front of the Aqua Park.
As I say, that was 2 years ago (we bought our own last year) so things may have changed

The ones I've seen in Calis are 10 TL a day not £10. There are plenty of places that do it, if your hiring by the week expect to pay less...

Likya bike shop in Fethiye on the Migros road... Dont know how much they charge but he speaks excellent English and it isnt as far for you to go.

Where abouts on the Migros road is Likya Bikes please - as you say - not so far to go, and then we can cycle to Calis.

On the right hand side on the way to Fethiye just before the belediye bus turns right to go down to the Bogazici Restaurant on the sea front.

Dogan on Baris Manco 10tl per day and Ali is spot on and the bikes well maintained.
