Hi Is anyone else having trouble getting there Tapus, we have been told that we have to pay rather a large amount of extra money as our villa on Brooklands 4 has a charge on it, we already have an apartment on Brooklands1 that went through without any problems, both are with Nicholas Homes, we have had rather a few sleepless nights with this , would like to hear if anyone else is having this problem , thanks

And did Nurettin also tell you who's charge has been attached to the property and for what? You are saying that you have to pay back someone else's loan taken out on the property you bought - or you won't get the tapu transferred into your name? How much money are we talking?

Thats the firsst thing your lawer should check, the second is that the municipality haven't drawn a road through your house.
