Art Exhibition and Music Evening ..
Art Exhibition Saturday 12 – 4 pm , Sunday 12 – 5 pm .
Saturday Evening Live Music 8.30 – 11.30 pm
( Turkish Band will be playing English & Turkish songs with turkish instruments )
A collection of Dervish & Otoman Art will be on show over the weekend …
Experience the vision and creative style of Bahar Barutcu Turkish Artist..
Bahar will be painting a commission on both days which will be donated to Animal Aid for sale or auction…Bahar is avaliable for questions and negotiations of paintings for sale …
on Saturday evening there will be special turkish set menu 3 course meal 26 lira..
Kebbe ( Traditional Turkish Hot Starter ) or Soup to Starter.. Hunkar Begendi Main Course and Turkish desert.. ( Only Booking for this turkish dish ) or you can choose from the menu..
Sunday Roast dinner will be served as usual …

Well the art exihibition was a great success :) well done to the Winehouse for putting on a great weekend which many people enjoyed :)
Thank you very much to the artist Bahar Barutcu who produced a beautiful painting over the weekend and donated to Animal Aid :)
This was sold on immediately to a Belgian gentleman for 300 Lira! Thank you all so much for making it a great weekend and many thanks to the Winehouse for their continued support!
Don't forget the Funquiz every Tuesday night, excellent entertainment ;D

Wow, sorry we missed the exhibition. The presentation looked excellent. The stone wall backgrounds really added to the old turkish atmosphere of the paintings.
We particularly liked the representation of " Whirling Dervishes"
Is that available as a print

Barrie and I went to The Winehouse for Sunday lunch with our good friends Rod and Jan this weekend.. We were really surprised how quiet it was as the lunch was excellent.. best Sunday lunch we have ever had in this area and exceptional value for 16tL...
