Title: Introduction and boat question

Hi all. We ( My husband and family) have a villa in Calis and so come everyone holiday we can. We live near Malvern Worecestershire in the U.K.   We also love the water so bought a day boat last year in the little boat marina near BP garage. My parents who are there now are being told that the rules have changed regarding licences and that the powerboat licence has to be sent to Ankara now to avoid fines. Does anyone know a place to find out if there are new rules and what they are?  Also if anyone is boat handy and fancies a little boat trip to support my 75 year old Dad (and Mum, who is purely a passenger) with boat handling as he is less strong than he was , let me know and I will put you in touch.
