very kind of you KKOB, but I would not subject anybody to the 2 year old for more than 10 minutes!! absolute monkey. I think this is something we will put back until next year, but thank you once again for the offer. Our friends are joining us for a few days in August, they may well be interested in having a walk down. Their sons are old enough to manage it.

Ahh... now I see what I've done (sorry everyone, I had sent out e-mails abpout my club night in brum and added KKOB to my e-mail list by accident) Yes Al, I will show when I'm over next. Its actually a Nina Simone song called 'funkier than a mosquitos tweeter' She must have been high at the time.
Anyway back on the subject before I get told off.. How long does it take to get up there to Af kule?

From our house it's a 10 minute drive and then a 20 - 25 minute walk.

I walked along the track two years ago but could not find the ruins. I did however find what seemed to be ventilation shafts into underground caves or rooms. I probably took a wrong turning somewhere.
