I have been just hit with a bill for nearly £500 because,although I pay by monthly direct debit,nobody thought to alter it as the prices rose.Great quality of service,methinks not.Powergen was the supplier,but am now switching.Paid the bill but they say I didn't.Sent E mail to clarify,and depending on reply,will need to contact bank.Anyone had same problem in UK?

PS.I know all members of CBF don't stay in Turkiye,but this is getting to be not funny.Hope you residents in Calis,don't have same problems.Think I'll buy fur coat and light candles shortly.
