can anyone give me some advice on web site host/server we have used UK host in the past for our villa web site but we may be experiencing problems with them.
from August last year we kept getting reminders saying our account was due, fair enough but we had only renewed earlier in the year and thought we paid 12 monthly so basically did noting. we have only just got around to setting up the account again because the site had bee suspended paying the fee £22.99 but a mmessagehas come back saying that was for last August and another fee is now due (even though the web site went off before Christmas.
Trying to get any info from them is a nightmare because they are call centres abroad and difficult to understand as you can imagine.
does this sort of payment seem normal and are there any other hosts that you can rrecommend
We are pretty sure the first time we did all this we paid an annual fee for the domain and another fee for the host does this sound right?
