Some members may remember the Chairman of the Bored's post on 05.01.07 entitled "If I had £ 250,000 I'd buy this"

As a contrast I'd like to bring to members attention a new development that has just come on the market in Inverness. Now to be fair the development is in the centre of town with lovely views over the River Ness but the prices are just a little difficult to comprehend.

A 2 Bedroom third floor apartment with open plan Kitchen/Living Room and, from what I gather, of no great size is advertised at £ 285,000.

Just what a young couple starting out and hoping to get on the property ladder are looking for:(

Just in case someone is interested a three bedroom apartment is £ 350,000

And all of the apartments are above John Foxes - that me or may not be a good selling point to some members of course
