I'm surprised that no-one has mentioned the Bushisms that Our Esteemed First Minister Rhodri Morgan (otherwise known as the Ultimate Prat)is spouting at the moment.
A week or two ago he was telling us that Wales was going to opt out of Global Warming. Now he's saying that Global Warming could be good for Wales & give us a real competative edge. -'If Spain becomes like the Sahara then Wales will become like Spain or Southern California. If that is the kind of climate shift we cannot avoid having by 2050, it is hardly going to be unhelpful to Wales's competitive position.'
So if it's good for Wales - bring it on! What a ......!
