"Barclaycard has announced it will be cutting more than 600 jobs as it transfers work from a Manchester call centre to Cleveland and India."
So, another greedy financial institution isn't happy with 10 billion pounds per second profits and to make a few more quid are quite happy for their customers to struggle to communicate with Bombay or somewhere.
Meanwhile, hundreds of families in the UK are hit with one (or both) parents losing their job.
I don't live there anymore, but if I did I'd be handing my Barclaycard in and heading for Nat West or one of the banks who are investing in my country rather than stripping it bare in search of even more profit.
