A have Orange (formerly known as Wanadoo) Livebox which lets me use the internet on my PC upstairs and on my laptop downstairs.
Just received a new works laptop.
Tried to use the Easy to Install disc to have the same arrangement as previously. First menu came up with works username and asked for password which I don't know. Therefore switched to only other option which was Username: my firms name\john.
"Preparing installation wizard" then appeared on the screen but soon disappeared to be replaced with and Error message in French.
Message read "Erreur de config. Langue par de fault invalide per de repertoire"
Can anyone advise me of what's going on and how to cure it.
