Visa run to Meis via Kas, or just a day out. I will fix times with the boat captain, drive you to the boat, wait for your return then bring you home. 5/6 seater car. Winter rate 120ytl. For this, or any other trip, call 24/7: 0532 451 9773

Dolmus to Kas = 20YTL Return
Ferry to Meis = 35 YTL Return
Visa Cost     = 4.5 YTL
  Total Cost  = 59.5 YTL
So that's a 100% mark up not bad, who said Turkiye is getting too expensive Goose Golden Egg and Shooting jumps to mind !!!!

Friar,

You are not obliged to use the service.

I am sure you could get the bus down to the Isle of Wight and pay for your ferry tickets yourself and do it cheaper than using a private car service. I could buy 3 eggs cheaper than they charge for an omlette in most restaurants.

Why do people have to continuously knock our hosts who attempt to offer services?

Offering a service and being ripped off are two entirely different things when you sell a property how much profit would you expect to make, if they are good host's then why do they try to rip us off, I am only trying to point out that DIY can be a LOT cheaper. Have a nice day :D

DIY is always cheaper - I should know - Nick is currently trying to fix our shower pump - if he fixes it, it will be a lot cheaper but it will be a lot more hassle and stress than getting someone in and paying for the service:D

Go on, you're going to have to help me here

Where is the rip off? I can't see it.

He has confirmed his itinerary and his price. From there, where does the rip off come in?

He is offering people a choice, and once again if you think it's too expensive, don't use it.

I don't see the point in going out for a meal when I can stay at home and cook it myself for a fraction of the cost.

So as I said a fair profit I don't mind but a 100% mark up surely that is a rip off, now you answer my question if you sell a property how much profit would you expect to make ???

If I sold mine, I would expect to make as much profit as possible. Possible may be £200,000 or 20p, but I'd want as much as possible.

Nobody is obliged to buy my house either.
