Good news for Northerners, bad news for southeners!! October half term this year falls between Monday 20th - Friday 24th October (at least it does for Liverpool Education Authority) Our friends in London do not commence their half term until Monday 27th. The airlines seem to have caught onto the latter week and as usual have hiked up their prices, but they do not seem to have sussed out that the North are breaking up a week earlier!! This means much lower flight prices....and we have booked ours today! So for all you up our end, get checking your local authority website for the dates, and get booked - quick! before they catch on....
