On saturday morning I received a letter to say that my Mother in law was being transfered to another flight on fri 23rd May. We were all due to travel on the 11.00am Onur air flight from Manchester. The flight is obviously overbooked and so they have started shipping people off. It appeared as if my mum in law was traveling alone as I booked her flight 2 weeks after ours even though it was the same address and e-mail address.
I was in a panic because I knew she would definately not travel alone and her new flight was 9 hours after ours.I could not make any contact with Aegean airlines so I rang H4U. The girl I spoke to was very understanding and assured me that her supervisor would ring me within the hour. This indeed happened and she put my mum in law back on our flight straight away. Top marks for H4U
