Toni,
Try www.turkishcookbook.com she has got a simple recipe for Lahmacun. I haven't tried making it but generally her recipes turn out well.  Phil

oh Foosey - I know we risk taking this off topic and getting told off, but it wasn't the kebab shop near the old cinema (now Cromwell's night club ?  Run by a grand bunch of turkish lads ??  They do some fab kebabs and I have been known to partake in a few over the years ! (the healthy variety of course !)

Yep thats the one Pookie, my husband sold it to a relation of his about 6 years ago but was there for a number of years before that. He is in March now and was on BBC 1 a little while ago when he took on a celebrity chef in a program called Take on the takeaway.

Oh by the way the land sale went through and we know have a little piece of Uzumlu, I am so excited.
