I always used to make my own cheesecake in u.k. havent tried it over here ,what is used in place of mascaponi or cream cheesen or can you get them here . ;)

or just buy the ready made rasberry cheese cake they sell in BIM. At least 3 times the size of the ones they sell in the UK and sooooo delicous... for that extra buzz top with Kaymak cream (tastes and is as good as real Cornish clotted cream)  :o :D  :)  :o :D

Kipa sell portions of cheesecake.I have tried the double choc, lemon and orange, all extremely delicious. :)

Use cream cheese from bim mix it with yoghourt, gelatine, sugar and what flavouring you prefer (this a no cook recipe)

KKOB where can you get Mascaponi as I've never spotted it.
The cream cheese from Bims is great.

Firo I have seen in Migros and Carrefour. Mascaponi is quite expensive.
