New visa rules have re-started again!!!

I have wanted to ask opinion on this for a while so here goes

If you enter Turkey for the first time on April 1st (Visa 1) and use 61 days (go home May 31st) and then return on 1st Sept until say 30th Nov - can you just nip over to Rhodes / Meiss a few days before the end of September (when Visa 1 runs out) to renew and then start using Visa 2

UK issues visas to Turks where they can stay 180 day in any one year period. I know several people including my boss that has this and she also had the same one for Canada when we crossed their border last week.

well acording to the British Embassy in Ankara...nothings changed...the up date is today 3rd November!!!!!!!!
