I like the lingopal ap in turkish. Chat flirt and insult in Turkish. I've never used it but done of the chatup lines are hilarious! 0.59p at the moment I'm sure it was free at one stage.

If you take it to a mobile phone shop they can update the software for you.

I went to a mobile phone shop the other day, but it had moved on.

Yes of course, you just have to take it to the nudge nudge wink wink type of mobile phone shop  ;) I used to update it myself and it is very scary - similar in tension to the old films where a man has a bomb, wire cutters and two wires - cut one, bomb is safe, cut the other, KABOOM!

Effectively what you need to do is update to the latest software in iTunes (or with a download you can obtain on the internet), the iPhone rejects it, then you jailbreak the phone back to it's former state but with newer software. If you know someone who is good with phones, the jailbreaking websites show you how to update, stage by stage.

Alternatively, if you take an O2 12 month contract, they will unlock your phone remotely.
