Curtain Shop Advice
« on: April 27, 2013, 12:58:22 PM »
Hi we will be looking to get new curtains when we are out next and although we have brought before in Fethiye near the fishmarket the guy didn't speak English at all and although what we got was ok I have a feeling we paid over the top for them.

Can anyone let me know if they know of someone they could recommend? It doesn't have to be in Centrum anywhere is ok.

Many thanks in advance.

Dolunay who were on the back road (Carsi Caddesi) made ours.  He will come out to measure, make them up and then come out to hang them.  He has a nice selection of material and is not over pricey but makes a lovely job of them.

He was recommended to us by a Turkish friend who uses him to make curtains for his home and hotel.

Thank you all for the replies. A few questions please.

quackers can you give me a better idea of where this shop is please as at the moment I am assuming you mean the dolmus station in Fethiye on the one way street?

Marrgie can you give me more of an idea where on Carsi Caddesi as it's a long road!! Many thanks.

Get off the Dolmus by the Mosque ın Fethıye and walk up to the top of the road. Turn rıght and cross over the road Pamukkale ıs 100 yards or less.

On the right hand side before the road splits to turn left for coast road and straight on for Calis.  Give him a ring to confirm location.
