I think all the JCB activity is something to do with the paragliding area being opened up for all year round use.

Funnily enough, I searched for several years to get one of those coin operated telescopes you get at the seaside etc to put on our roof terrace. I never found one for sale.

I did research these and found them fully refurbished for £2500 each. Didn't actually buy them as they were far above the clients budget but they are out there.

Being very self indulgent for which I apologise, but I am still in awe of the views from the house. I'm also a bit of a weather watcher and the changing skies this month have been my idea of heaven.

Today the cloud is very low over Ovacik and Kaya







And over Babadag and the Mendos

They reached the top of the mountain a few days ago with the new road to what I have been told is a second jump off point for the para gliders.
We had two weeks of avalanche type noises when the rubble was constantly rolling down the mountainside. And the work has left quite a scar on the side of Babadag.
