Pangasius is a type of cat fish some imported from Vietnam.    I will just give it a miss.
Had a lovely Haddock Fish Supper tonight from Peterhead the biggest white fish port in Europe.  The supper was lovely.

Don't see a problem really, most fish feed on rubbish, mullet for instance, normally found around sewage outlets.

The best fish you will get in the area at present is Charcoal Palace,in fact all of his food is fantastic and very reasonable. As for Panga ,so what all fish live on crap whether they are bottom feeders, forgive the pun or sewage eaters .Dont believe the hype and don't let it put you off this place, give it a try.

It would be ironic if people who live/holiday on the shore of the world's most polluted sea turn their nose up at other people's fish.
