Fairy lights and candles!!!

I love fairy lights twining through the bougainville and tealight candles dotted around (I know, I am a hopeless romantic!) Where can you buy this kind of stuff, or would it just be better to bring them out with me.

You can buy fairy lights at most electrical stores but they do not have the wide selection the UK has.......Tea lights ....just about everywhere including Migros. :)

Hi

I'm sure you can buy t lights there but we brought loads over just in case and fairy lights as well. Probably cheaper from Ikea.

It's great at dusk on the terrace  with fairy lights twinkling, t lights lit, some chill out music on and a cool beer or glass of plonk!

Cant wait for June 1st! :)

As Jukebox said we took ours from the UK. However I wanted to be able to twist ours around the balcony and didnt want wires trailing so bought the ones that run on batteries. They are great. Had them all last summer and only got through 2 sets of batteries and theyre available on the market in Gunlukbasi( batteries not lights). I got them from a Sunday Express magazine offer around Christmas- they're blue stars! Very pretty.

We bought loads for my daughters wedding from Halk Gida in Gunlukbasi they were about 3ytl for 100 lights and we had them in the trees in the ghost village. But you can also get them in the 1 lira shops and most electricians.
