Hi,

a customer (German) of mine is urgently looking for a villa, close to the sea and he has a budget of 55.000GBP. This villa should have seaview.

Any suggestions are very welcome!

Stop being so negative, with a powerful pair of binoculars you can see the sea from Gunlukbasi. Problem solved.

I remember mentioning a sea view when we where looking for property 7 years ago and we where shown some lovely glossy pictures of a Villa with a sea view and it was only £230,000... what a bargain.  I know it was eventually bought by Doctor, and often wonder what it would sell for now. 
The only other property on the market at that time was an apartment that had a sea view... Well sideways on sea view if you hung out of the window and that was £110,000.

If you check Sahibinden website, search for villas in Fethiye,
you will find some in that price range in Calis.
Unfortunate to say, most of them are old style and very few
with a sea view.
Some are for sale with agents or a private seller, but worth a look.

There's a lovely wooden shack between Surf Cafe & Mutlu @ £2900, all you need is a roof & periscope & you're sorted

Today while on a wander around Fethiye took a photo of these apartments. They have great sea views. Not sure of the price if for sale but with some Diy skills they may fit the bill, with some change as well maybe. Bonus!

Might not be all they seem thouugh.

Lance has a sea view from the penthouse roof terrace of his des res in Catalarik & I'm sure that he might be open to offers if the price is right lol.
