In case anyone used the ATM machine outside GIma this morning and got an error message that transaction could not be completed check your bank accounts, as I used the machine this morning and tried to withdraw 400YTL but a message came up saying there was a problem with the machine, issued me with a receipt which states on the bottom "Your transaction cannot be completed" but when I checked my account online later, the money had been taken from my account!!!

I've had it happen to me in UK, France, Italy and Spain so it's not just a Turkish phenomenon. No doubt, it happens all over the world.
