Welcome to the Forum.  We are like you been going to Calis/Hisaronu since 1995 - and like you kept saying we should buy - well we finally didi it this year - bought a new aparment in Calis and cant wait for it to be ready.  Had a 10 year plan for returing out there - think I have finally managed to convince Gary to do it in 5!!! Yippee.

Hi everybody thanks for the welcomes. GarynDen glad you have finally taken the plunge. Wish we could finally make a decision, it's all we seem to talk about these days. I wish we could take a year out to see if we liked it, but I'm affraid it's all or nothing with us. Like the song goes "should I stay or should I go?". We've only been thinking about it for 11 years:D:DI never was one for making snap decisions.
