just wondered if calis or fethiye had an active garden club
that might be holding workshops or talks on same while we are
on holiday.  will be in calis  from march 10th to april 3rd.

there is fethiye gardening club
they meet the first wednesday in every month
in the summer time no meeting take place.
the last meeting was held at the forum bar where we watched a dvd about the eden project
the next one is on february 6 th 2 pm at ziraat odasi in patlangic.

thanks for the info. am hoping that we can meet up with like minded
gardeners who could show us a garden or give us the lowdown on
native plants. something like a nature trail walk or similar anywhere
around the fethiye area or further afield. any takers?

if you look on fethiye times web page (another useful site to know )
look on the out and about at the top
gardening, there are gardens which were visited over the last year
some pictures too.

If you want to do gardening in the summer months bring a pick axe.  The ground will be dry and like concrete.
