can anyone tell me what name is given for long grain rice not pudding.and also plain white flour.

jasmine rice is long grain in migros it is wrote in english on the pack

All of the supermarkets sell Basmati and Jasmine rice, both of which are long grain.

Plain white flour is Un.

If you want to cook turkish traditional rice,its called 'pirinc'.

Jasmine rice appears to have fallen into the Migros policy named "Oh look, English people are buying it, double the price". Get it from Bim instead  :)
