This is the bar/restuant,we were told it only opens for 2/3 months main season....nice cold beer and good food.

Been many times also, one of Turkeys best beaches but, like I have said before....be careful sometimes in the water the under current can be very strong.  We formed a chain of bodies once to help people young and old to get out of the water.

The fire was away from the beach but you drive through the burnt areas on the road down to the beach. It looks quite bad and covers most of the mountain on one side. The are some apartments by the road which must have been completely surrounded by fire - must have been very frightening.

Is that section of the beach eaisly found when you arrive, im taking family up in Sept.
