We have friends coming over this week and want to give it a go :o,

I know Hamish McTurk do it for £35 per head with transfers and bbq.

went last year, great day out, dalaman, most of the tour shops do it.
and you all end up in the same place with the same people regardless who you book with. be prepared for a very long day 7 in the morning till 9 pm, and you will sleep like a baby that night:D
To really enjoy it you need to be reasonably fit

Get some insurance Tinx.. There is a lot of this White Water Rafting in Scotland... Over here the Companies have Liability Insurance but they still advise customers to also get there own insurance as it's classed as a Dangerous Sport... We have friends who go Rafting apparently you need to be really fit as it's very stressful on the arms.
Jacqui.
