Hi all
does anyone use Park property services at all for their garden or pool maintenance?
We are on a small complex of 8 apartments and our current maintenance company have just informed us that they are putting up their prices for the coming year by a whopping 50%. I know prices have risen over the last year but this does seem a big increase.
We have had a quote from Park and it does seem quite reasonable in comparison but need some feedback off other owners if they use them.
any help or advice would be most welcome

We had the same problem 2 years ago when Hanel jumped ship. We now use a company that I can highly recommend "Oakwood". They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. If you would like the contact details PM me.

We're now in our 2nd year with Park and they are excellent. Best maintenance company we've come across so far and they actually listen to you...which makes all the difference!

Ive used Almina property maintenance on our complex for 7 yrs and the service we have recieved has been been 100% ,every year we have a meeting with the director and we us a rolling contract with the almina company every year , i cannot fault this company one bit ,

Can anyone reccommend a company who will look after our appartment in Fethiye, do laundry, clean on a regular basis, collect from airport etc, ensure bills are up to date ect.

Try Sunnyd who is a moderator on this Forum, she looks after our property and some of the other people's properties on the Forum.

Park Prorerty Services are also very good.
