changed banks from ing ( oyak ),to fortis.met alper and he has been great with help and advice.couldnt fault the guy.friendly,relaxed atmosphere.recommended.....city hull

Just to let you know if anyone is trying to contact Alper he is away on holiday until 3rd of May.

Alper is a really helpful and professional guy and he has offered me some really good advice. It is a shame he cannot push the interest rates up though!! LOL

Steve Alper is still there. You can use internet banking in the UK you have to register your mobile number you can register more than one, I have Turkish and English registered, you then select which one  you want your pass code sent too. When you log on a pass code is sent to your mobile, the site is easy to use.

BNP Paribas who own Fortis have also brought TEB bank in Turkey, in time TEB and Fortis will merge under a new name.
