I would take little notice of some amateur small time online newspaper, brings back memories of a certain paper many years ago that reported a world war 2 bomber was found on the moon.
Istanbul airport is quite happily enforcing the law.

In what way Starman. Are they applying the rule retrospectively to the 90 day visas which used a 90/180 stamp?
