Even Dingwall to Manchester Airport on an open return is less than £90.

Yes, I know if cost is an issue..

I've done the Megabus a few times from Aberdeen to Glasgow. It's Mega-Mega on that special gold service that they run too.   

I also went from Aberdeen to Glasgow on the train for £9.50 when they were running a 50+ promotion.
