With the huge number of long termers and expats leaving, I think this winter might be fairly sparse for some of those hoping to stay open through the whole year this time.

The Curry Palace is apparently going to stay open Fri and Sat nights, which is great news.
Don't forget to ask for your 10% residents discount, before they prepare the bill though.

nil bar is always open. this year over the winter there will be very few except those competing in the winter league for pool and darts which has at the moment not been decided. walking round today the kerim on the strip and oceana will probably the only 2 open.

I Believe the the Beach House, Lukka Bar, Bambu, Nil Bar, Cafe Soul, Oceana are all open this Winter with some Indian Restaurants Open Fri and Sat. Oh and the Guitar Bar sometimes has live music at the weekend. The Meri Bar never closes.  I'm sure there will be others.

Usually, the restaurants have a page on CBF with who is putting on Christmas Dinner.   Probably the Nil and the Kings Garden will be on the list, as they normally do it.
