I used to use the Reutlinger Hoff in the Old Town quite often   Clean and a good brekky and good  and good people running it.  We never had problems parking either.

Not sure of availability at this time of year, but Candles House Pension B&B and Hadrianus Hotel are both situated in quiet but central location in Kalieci old town, would recommend both.

The Antique Pansiyon in the old town is excellent.
The man who runs it,Harun, speaks good English.
It is behind the clock tower and mosque on the edge of the old town.
Do not know about parking.

We stay at the Maya Oscar Hotel, just 2 mins from Hadrians gate, lovely Lycian building with all the rooms facing on to a courtyard area with a pool/orange trees etc, great food, and good prices.  We usually book through www.travelrepublic.co.uk and only a few minutes from the harbour/centre
