How do you change name on water bill Please?  For Ovacik area x

I don't know the exact procedure but the water company's office ( MUSKI ) is in the municipality building in Hisarönü. I think they can help.

We did ours in that office took half and hour.

Bernie, not sure that you can change the water bill into your name if you are renting. Certainly, on our site, all the rental properties have the water in the owner's name

Water company asked for tapu in Calis when changing name so think it must be in name of owner.

If you rent and have a contract this should be OK. Some owners even want the person who rents to have the bills on their names to avoid legal problems if eventually not paid.
