It can go up or it can go down. The current trend is downwards. Changing banks will not make a great deal of difference. The rates are governed by the overall financial situation in the country as a whole and in fact the world economy. Turkey is trying to reduce inflation so the trend will be downwards.

the banks are not free in turkey
you have to pay for every account you open here
its not much but it isnt free or safe as posts will tell you, its a gamble
