My good lady and myself present a radio show every Saturday from 10am to 2pm. 4 hours of chat, guests and the best music around. If you are wondering what to do on a Saturday morning why not tune in and join in with the banter and arguments. You can find us at

If anybody wants any requests or special mentions like birthdays and anniversaries etc just let us know. This year we will be broadcasting on Boxing Day and we would like special messages either to or from our forces personnel serving overseas. If you have a loved one in the forces why not send them a special message?

Yes Anne, we have 2 very lively guests on the show on 20th January. We need a big Swear button lol    Thanks for the kind words as well. Café Soul was a great place :-)
