http://www.nigella.com/recipe/recipe_detail.aspx?rid=96

I make this often & I find Nigella's the best recipe. I sometimes add chopped jelly babies, turkish delight and/or maltesers to it. Mmmm wonderful. :P

I know the lady who made it for the christmas fair. When I see her I will ask if she can bear to part with her recipe for you.

To make chocolate go further (or to make recipes more economical) use dark chocolate but less than usual, and add a couple of bounty bars - this will thicken your chocolate up so bring it back to the previous consistency by adding milk. This works very well with corn flake/rice krispie cakes and the coconut adds an extra flavour  :)

That's one of my own tips. I surprise some of you sometimes, I realise that :D

Or, eat the bar of dark chocolate and just put the 2 Bounty Bars, a pint of milk, a packet of cornflakes, and a  packet of rice crispies straight down the toilet and cut-out the middleman.

I surprise myself sometimes ! :D ;):D
