I went into Garanti on Friday and was told it could not be done, I had previously tried online but could not match my customer number when selecting Mugla Water.

If you use google search it also translates it for you. Mind you I paid it on line who.st we were in Turkey - on my iPad and in Turkish. No problem at all once you know your Abone number.
