If you read my original mail you will see there is a totally new team from Izmir at the Kale.  We did not see any of the old faces. Service was quick and efficient and the Manager was extremely friendly and had a long conversation with us about the food he was serving.  I would not hesitate to return for a meal.  Don't see why they would close at the end of the season when they now have a new set up[?]

The shutting at the end of the season message probably came from something that I wrote a few weeks ago where I was told that this was likely after the ownsers lost the court case and sales had not been great since. This is probably more conjecture than fact.

What is this about a court case, more details on this forum needed! Food hygiene, poor wedding arrangements, building regs? Who knows!!!
