Very surprised to hear that Lance! I was sceptical about eating there, as in previous years the food could be a bit hit and miss. However, this year I've taken 3 or 4 groups of friends and famly there for a meal and each time all our meals have been no less than perfection ..... the fried liver starter and steak with blue cheese sauce being two examples of gorgeous food I have tried ......

I'm hearing such mixed reviews... reports of 7tl beer and charge to use the pool, food expensive, but another friend loved it so much they've eaten there twice in last 2 weeks

We went last week picked up at 3 , lay by the pool, cocktails and then a meal in the evening. I had steak ( not something I normally have) delicious, one of the best steaks ive ever had. I can only think of one other that was better and that was on honeymoon in France 23 years ago.

We've been to the Sundail on a fairly infrequent basis over the years and have always found the food and service to be excelent. With free transport there and back it's a great evening out.
