Rather naughtily, Turkcell have changed the NAR package without warning!
Whereas it was 100ytl for 20ytl or 150ytl for 30ytl to any Turkish domestic or mobile phone, this has now changed.
In now only covers calls to other Turkcel phones. This got me in a tricky spot recently, as I was unaware of the change and was unable to make an important call.
I'm sure there will be a new economy package available, but don't know what it is yet.
