Title: Clocks not going back

Has anyone had a problem with their mobile phones automatically going back 1 hour?   I have a Samsung Galaxy 4 bought and only ever used in Turkey and it has gone back 1 hour and i don't know how to advance it 1 hour.   I've not had a problem with the lap top or TV just the phone.

Tell your phone you're in Minsk or Moscow. They're also 3 hours ahead of the UK and in the same timezone as Istanbul.
